⚠️ Important: SPPS Membership Renewal for 2026
Most SPPS memberships expire on 31 December 2025.
To qualify for the SPPS Member Fee at NPBC 2026, your membership must be valid for the full calendar year 2026.
If you register early, please remember to renew your membership for 2026.

SPPS Membership Requirements

The SPPS Member Fee applies only if you hold a valid SPPS membership for the full calendar year 2026.

Student Fee

The Student Fee applies to undergraduate and PhD students with valid accreditation. Proof of status must be sent by e-mail to NPBC2026@nord.no upon registration. Please ensure you have it ready.

Photosyntech Student Fee Waiver

Photosyntech PhD students may request a waiver of the conference fee and the workshop registration fee if they participate in:

• an official conference workshop,
• an industry visit, or
• a course.

In the registration form, please select:

• ☑ Photosyntech PhD student (fee waiver request)

You will get a waiver code for registering ‘for free’ (covered through Photosyntech) by first emailing to NPBC2026@nord.no the following information:

• Your name, since when you are Photosyntech PhD student member, and specification of the workshop, industry visit, or course you will participate in that justifies to receive this waiver. —
